The house was built in 1990, in the north of the Florianopolis  Island (Canasveiras).
Canasveiras is a well know vacation town for Brazilians and Argentineans. The house is situated at 250 meters from the beach and a 20 minutes drive from the Florianopolis city center

Florianopolis is the capital of the wine production state Santa   Catarina.   The city has the reputation to be one of the most modern South American cities. It is the center of higher quality schools like the medical sector.    The island has an international airport with connections all over South America

Enviroment

 The island is surrounded by smaller islands.   One of Canasveiras bigest attractions is the boat excursion.    Visiting several small islands where the horse is the only transportation medium. The Boarding place is at a 5 minutes walk from the house .  Of course there are a lot of other attractions like surfing, boat rent, horseback riding and others.  Canasveiras has a shopping center, supermarket and various restaurants, but still kept his Brazilian old fashion style.   New buildings and Construction are limited to  3 floors.
